Dr. Magdalena Weileder takes on new professorship

In October, Dr. Magdalena Weileder took on her professorhsip for History of the Middle Ages – History Methodology“” as part of the wider academic project ›Regesta Imperii – Quellen zur Reichsgeschichte‹.
The professorship is a cooperation with the Akademie der Wissenschaften und der Literatur in Mainz.
Her field of research focuses on medieval history, history methodology and the history of infrastructure. Previously, the 37-year-old researcher worked on various research projects at the LMU Munich and at the General Directorate of the State Archives of Bavaria.
